Who We Are
Andrea Cole, LPC
Andrea is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has been practicing since 2021. Andrea earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Truett McConnell University and a bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Health from Auburn University. Her passion lies in uncovering those frustrating barriers that can hold us back from embracing who we truly are meant to be. Instead of chasing perfection, Andrea believes in working towards wholeness, offering practical insights and tools to help you break through.
Faith plays a significant role in Andrea's approach, both in counseling and in life, as she sees it as a key ingredient for meaningful and lasting change. Whether you're grappling with the adjustments in motherhood, anxiety, carrying the weight of grief, moving through life transitions, exploring spiritual formation, or addressing issues related to identity and relationships, Andrea is here for you.
When she’s not in her counseling role, you’ll likely find Andrea recharging in nature, tucked away at a coffee shop, or hiking and camping with her husband, Andrew and their two boys. She loves to travel, connect with friends, spend quality time outdoors, and indulge in good food and coffee. For her, these moments of joy help nurture that sense of wholeness she’s so passionate about sharing with others.

Andrew Cole, MA
Andrew has over a decade of experience in full-time ministry, bringing a grounded and practical perspective to his work. He earned a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Truett McConnell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Auburn University. He approaches healing through a holistic lens—body, mind, and spirit—believing that true growth happens when we attend to the whole person.
Andrew enjoys walking alongside men at all stages of life—young men navigating early adulthood and adult men seeking more presence, purpose, and freedom in their everyday lives. He also works with ministry and nonprofit leaders navigating the pressures of responsibility, leadership, and burnout, as well as anyone exploring identity, calling, emotional health, and life transitions. Faith can be woven into his approach, offering space for clients to explore the spiritual alongside the practical, with honesty and intention.
Outside of Freely and Lightly, Andrew enjoys specialty coffee, fly fishing, sitting around a fire pit, and chasing adventure. He treasures time being a husband to Andrea and a father to their two boys. These moments of connection and joy reflect the same values he encourages in his clients: slowing down, paying attention, and cultivating a life that is grounded, full, and “freely and lightly” lived.
